This Robusto is very well packed with no soft spots, a double cap, and elegant band – it’s a looker. The aroma is sweet and creamy, with notes of cedar and barnyard. The burn is just as spot on as the construction – a great draw, thick white smoke, and an ash that holds well past a couple inches. The LTC never burned hot and required no attention.

The flavor on the La Tradicion Cubana is very pleasing for those that prefer a mild and creamy smoking experience. With nutty notes most similar to hazelnut and cashews, there is also a warm and buttery profile with hints of almond. Overall, with an excellent construction, pleasing look, and smooth profile, this is definitely a winner. And it is priced very well. These aren’t always easy to find, but if you do come across them I certainly recommend you grabbing a handful – they go great with that morning cup of coffee!
